Eligibility Restrictions for Individuals and Families
MD Health Care 4 U utilizes the Direct Primary Care model as an innovative care solution serving men, women and families, by providing quality primary care services at an affordable rate.
Government Health Programs
Due to regulatory restrictions, MD Health Care 4 U is not available to those who are eligible for or enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid or other government health programs.
Individuals
Defined as anyone between the ages of 18 to 64.
Families
Children must be between the ages of 18 and 24 going to school.
Health Insurance
If you have Health Insurance, MD Health Care 4 U or its Agents will not bill your insurance for any of its services covered by the monthly membership fee.
